The trade mission includes:

Lodging
Hotel costs will be assumed by participants. However, the Quebec-Florida Chamber of Commerce will suggest a list of hotels in the Aventura region with corporate rates.

Visa and formalities
The Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative (WHTI) is a U.S. law that requires all travellers, including U.S. and Canadian citizens, to present a valid passport or other approved secure document when entering the United States from within the western hemisphere.

Healthcare and security
Medical healthcare will be assumed by participants, make sure you have insurance before you leave for Florida’s trade mission.

Registration
Registration must be done before December 18th, 2009.
