The Quebec-Florida Chamber of Commerce is going on a trade mission to Florida!
The Quebec-Florida Chamber of Commerce (CCQF) is planning a trade mission in Florida for Quebec businesses seeking to expand their activities in the sunshine state. The mission will be held in Miami’s region from February 23rd to 26th, 2010, and will bring about ten enterprises from Quebec in agri-food, construction & building and technologies and environment.

Throughout the mission, participants will have the opportunity to get business meetings with major actors in their industry and will have a chance to visit the Port of Miami. Participants will also have the opportunity to meet with entrepreneurs and local personalities from different regions through CCQF’s connections with local organizations.

“The mission will be a great success, thanks to the support of many private and government partners” said Marcel Racicot, President. "We invest a lot of time because we truly want to help entrepreneurs achieve their goals by bringing them on the field.”

About ten businesses have already assisted to an information session held by the CCQF and Justine Pawelec from the MDEIE in Montreal. With the participation of Pôle Québec Chaudière-Appalaches, another meeting is scheduled on December 9th in Quebec City for those who haven’t had the chance to participate.
