The CCQF recognizes the importance of personal information that is strictly confidential. In any case, your personal information will not be disclosed without your authorization. The CCQF takes all necessary measures to ensure the confidentiality of the information you provide through our website.

Website use Policy
While the CCQF maintains the highest standards possible to provide accurate and quality information, the CCQF cannot be held responsible for the validity, reliability or accuracy of its content. Therefore the CCQF is not responsible for damages caused directly or indirectly through the utilization of its website and related information. The CCQF refuses all responsibilities related to damages caused by the impossibility, temporary or permanent, to access its website and/or information provided on it.

Email Policy
Part or complete email address list from CCQF’s members will never be rented or sold to a third party. Only members from CCQF will have access to members list database.  Any member of the CCQF shall not use the database to send out information without a prior written approval from the CCQF
The receiver is able to reach, in any time, the sender of CCQF either by mail, phone or email.

Neutrality Policy
The CCQF's goal is to provide services that are in line with the common interest of its members. Both the members of the board of directors as well as its members should be neutral and not benefit one member over the others.
However, if a member's services are required by another member or any other business, the member shall act in its own name and not as a representative of the CCQF.

Use of the logo
Only the CCQF's members should advertise the logo on their websites, presentations or all other promotional material. Any member of the CCQF shall not use the logo without a prior written approval from the CCQF.
Non-conformity with this should require the removal of the logo on all documents, printed or digital.

Code of Ethics
As a member of the CCQF, I pledge to:
- I ensure that I will respect the mission and objectives of the CCQF
- Promote business with other members of the CCQF
- Act with respect and honesty with members of the CCQF and all other participants at networking events
- Promote my business at the CCQF events
- Avoid all possible conflicts and resolve them shall they arise
- Use the members’ directory for the sole purpose of developing business in Florida
- Use other members' names only with their sole agreement
- Use honest business practices in my relations with CCQF's members
- Refrain from promoting negative information about the CCQF, its members, its board of directors and its administrators.
