5th Trade Mission to Floride: A record year!

For the fifth consecutive year, the Quebec-Florida Chamber of Commerce accompanied ten Quebec companies during a trade mission in Florida. In three days only, more than 100 private meetings were held with clients and potential partners in order to promote the products and services of Quebec businesses and sign specific trade agreements.

The mission, which took place from  April 7th to  April 9th 2014, allowed participants to validate the market potential, establish new business partnerships and expand their network of contacts, participating in networking activities, where they were introduced to the majors leaders of municipalities and pertinent business.

” The CCQF team has done an incredible job to organize us interesting business meetings!” said Fernand Croisetière, of AirSprint company.

“The mission was a success and seems to offer a very important business potential.,” said Dominique Bohec, vice president of La Petite Bretonne.

(Français) Les entreprises québécoises à l’assaut de la Floride – Courrier de la Floride

Ambiance détendue mais studieuse, car si la saison se termine pour de nombreux Québecois, il y en a d’autres qui se retroussent les manches et arrivent sous le soleil de la Floride. Présentés par Marcel Racicot, 14 entrepreneurs étaient ainsi présents venus du Québec durant 3 jours pour la 5e mission commerciale afin de scruter le marché Floridien, accompagnés par la CCQF en partenariat avec One Sotheby’s Realty représenté par Mélanie Kimpton. Construction, alimentaire, aéronautique, ingénierie, etc, etc… les 14 chefs ou représentant d’entreprises ont visité les 3 comtés de South Florida et apprécié les enjeux économiques pour leurs entreprises
